	This panel has also been encased as the centre pane of a triple-glazed unit, fitted into a UPVC frame. This enables the outer panes to be toughened if required for security or building regulations. The thickness of such a panel needs to be 26mm.

CAROUSEL HORSES

Traditional stained glass window using mouthblown "antique" glass. There is a fine pattern on the bodies of the horses depicting stars and swirls, and shading to give them a slight 3D effect. This is done using a scraffiti technique through a light wash of iron oxide glass paint.
